OUTCOME
The new ecosystem of tools led to a direct 30% increase in customer productivity, an increase in installations from 2K to 30K, and the creation of loyalty customers.
PROBLEM
Based on 1:1 interviews with Sales Development Representatives, I uncovered that (1) sales reps struggled with crafting concise e-mails and (2) had difficulty finding information on their recipients to personalize their e-mails. Sales reps want to easily find recipient info and write personalized e-mails in order to increase email open rates and close more deals.
SOLUTION
Lavender offers users a suite of productivity tools that sit within the browser while a sales rep writes an e-mail. Along with these tools, data will be tracked for the day, week, and month, and be showcased on a sidebar alongside analytical dashboards. The AI will also take this data and provide user specific suggestions and coaching so sales reps can improve as writers over time.
Email Assistant
An interactive modal that highlights writing errors and offers AI-powered suggestions to improve clarity and tone. Real-time e-mail scores help sales reps write faster and more effectively.
Recipient Research
A tool that surfaces AI-summarized insights about prospects and their companies. It enables sales reps to personalize outreach by showing contact history, tone, and engagement context at a glance.
Sidebar
A redesigned sidebar that brings live analytics, recommendations, and notifications into mailing clients. It keeps sales reps on track throughout the day and connects to the full dashboard for deeper insights.
Dashboard
Tailored analytics dashboards for different sales teams to monitor performance and uncover trends. Managers can easily identify coaching opportunities and track progress across their teams.
